A sample document illustrating the dailies pipeline for a production filming two ARRI Alexa 35 cameras using ACES with HDR monitoring on set., then delivering to Netflix.
I specifically integrated Netflix's brand into the memo, in addition to confirming its technical accuracy. In this case, the style is emulating Netflix's partner help portal.
Netflix Python Script Sample
I created this short Python 3 script to reassemble S3 objects into their original file structure and file names using corresponding JSON files.
The script first creates a catalog of target objects from the JSON file, then attempts each file move & rename, logging any errors that occur but not failing.
The user is given a CSV log marking each item as success or failure, and the error encountered if a failure occurred. If an error does occur, the same JSON file can be processed again without affecting the original files that succeeded.

I created this map during a discovery process to optimize our archiving pipeline. The archiving team was stunned to see how complicated their existing process could be.
Eventually, this became a daily reference document for archiving coordinators, and the starting point for media managers when implementing a new process.
